About this event

Join us for a presentation by ORACLE | Netsuite executives at ORACLE's new offices in downtown Austin.

Did you know, "71% of Nonprofits Struggle to Measure Outcomes: New Study Reveals Insight & Hope." If your organization struggles to connect dollars raised to programs delivered, you’re not alone. Oracle | NetSuite commissioned a third-party, April 2019 study of 350 senior nonprofit executives. The study found that while the executives believe that outcomes measurement supports their top three priorities for 2019 – financial stability, staff turnover and donor retention – only 29% of nonprofits are able to effectively measure the outcomes of dollars invested.

Join Cheryl Gipson, Social Impact Product Manager at Oracle | Netsuite as she reviews the survey survey results, outlines trends in outcomes measurement, and recommends resources that you can use to build a culture of inquiry and learning as you correlate program delivery to financial data.

Notes

  • Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is business process management software that allows an organization to use a system of integrated applications to manage the business and automate many back office functions related to technology, services and human resources.
  • Software as a service (SaaS) is a model for the distribution of software where customers access software over the Internet. In SaaS, a service provider hosts the application at its data center and a customer accesses it via a standard web browser.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) is a technology for managing all your company’s relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers. The goal is simple: Improve business relationships. A CRM system helps companies stay connected to customers, streamline processes, and improve profitability. When people talk about CRM, they are usually referring to a CRM system, a tool that helps with contact management, sales management, productivity, and more.
