Please join us on Thursday, April 25 after work for "Upbring Innovation Labs" with Ryan Park, Director of Innovation for Upbring Innovation Labs and Kyle Kerrigan, Senior Business Analyst.

Throughout its 135 year history, Upbring (formerly Lutheran Social Services of the South) has changed as the needs of those it serves and society have changed. In 2015, Upbring refined its focus, attention and resources on developing a continuum framework designed specifically to drive transformative change in ending the cycle of child abuse by empowering children through new programs, partnerships and an expanding network of community services. In 2018, Upbring launched Upbring Innovation Labs.

Upbring Innovation Labs recently teamed up with some of the world's largest retailers, enabling donors to have an immediate impact on the lives of the children and families Upbring serves. You can shop for most-needed items on the Upbring Marketplace Wishlist to help those in Upbring's care. Donations are 100% tax deductible. Visit shop.upbring.org for more information. This project is the first of many the Lab hopes to rapid prototype and will be part of the discussion.

We will meet in the newly-renamed (and sponsored) Cisco Devnet classroom on the ground floor at Capital Factory. Please know our #NPTechClubATX club meetings are casual. Come meet Ryan and Kyle in person to learn about their work and participate in a fun ideation session centered around child well-being.
